This site has been neglected for some time, nonetheless, I hope the info contained within it will still be valuable to you. I still intend to get started again - stay tuned...

Like a broken record

I still haven't found the time to go through all of my packed boxes at home to find my colonix. I think I may just need to get off my wallet and buy another package and find the other some time later. Anyhow in the mean time, feel free to peruse my first go 'round with Dr. Natura and the Colonix product.

PS - I think I am going to try to incorporate toxinout this next time. I like the idea that I can "do the whole job" in 30-60 days and I have some confidence in the Dr natura products so I'm hoping to clean up the liver, blood, kidneys, respiratory, etc all at once...

Guess Who's back...

Well folks – guess who finally took 2 paranil caps and a half scoop of the ol’ Dr Natura Colonix cleanser this morning…

These were left over from my last experiment so I thought I’d polish these off before cracking into my next package. Here’s the problem – I discovered that the next package wasn’t where I thought it was at home. I’m afraid it may be packed in one of many many boxed that we recently loaded to tidy up the house. Look slike I’ll be doing some digging soon.

So the thing that finally enticed me to re-start the great Colonix cleansing review blog was a new piece of information that I came across. First mentioned on another “researcher’s” page and then confirmed on the Dr. Natura site (which is linked on my advertisers section on the sight side of this page). Apparently, using the microwave to heat the water you’re going to steep your tea in is a big no-no.

On the person’s website it said that they, like me, never laid rubber like they were expecting and after calling Dr. Natura’s hotline, the first question they asked was about the microwave. So this lady goes home and uses boiled water and in her words she laid enough rubber to manufacture all the tires on an 18 wheeler. Now that’s a testimony.

So, I’m climbing back up on the horse to give this thing a try – it just better yield the results!

Stay tuned!

Rev the engines...

Hi folks. I truley am going to get this thng going again. If you're here for the first time, please see our posts from the first 30 day cleanse we did below. For those who have been around - I'm going to be starting another cleanse very very soon. I want to do a liver cleanse very soon - I'm researching. I'm pretty sure that I'll do the liver cleanse more than once. I think the first time I want to do something that's limited to 24 hours. I've read that it can be pretty uncomfortable but I'm willingto give it a shot. Right now I'm leaning to the Dr. Lewis "are you stoned" recipie - since it requires no mail order purchases. Next time I may do Dr. Hulda's. Or I may try Dr Natua's new product Toxinout. Supposedly it's more of an all-in-one product. Since it's so new I haven't been able to find much in the way of actual user experience to read up on. I'm curious about why the product description talks a lot about liver and kidney "support" versus cleansing. I may write them an email. Stay tuned and I'll let ya know what I find out and when I'm starting...
PS - I'm working on getting Rooter back to do the liver cleanse as well...

Greetings

It's been a while so I thought I'd throw a quick post out here. It's been a few weeks since I completed my one month cleanse. To be completely honest I don't feel tremendously different than I did before I started. One possible exception may be that I seem to need a little less sleep to get well rested now - it's hard to say for sure that it's directly related. The change is not remarkable.

I don't mean for it to sound as though I don't think the colon cleanse was valueable - I think it was. As I've said so many times before, I think I just had a pretty healthy colon to begin with. I loved the fact that Dr. Naura's Colonix really didn't interrupt my daily life much at all, but at the same time I kinda would have liked to shorten the time frame of the cleanse.

I may give Colonblow a shot at some point. I'm also curious about Oxypowder.

Now, here's what I'd really like to do some research on (and I'll welcome your opinions) - I'm thinking that very little of the digestive process happens in the large intestine and that the colon cleansing products really target the large intestine (while I'm sure there are some benefits to the "whole system"). I'm just wondering if there would be an even greater benefit in cleansing the small intestine and if there are prodcuts that focus on it.

Also, I definitely want to do the liver cleanse - I just haven't gotten around to ordering the ingredients for the recipe I found. Also, it sounds like the liver cleanse makes for a not so fun weekend and my schedule hasn't had any room for one of those recently.

Feeling better today...

again, I don't think my symptoms yesterday had anything to do with coming off the colonix. I'm continuing on with the fiber powder I have left, but am thinking I'm going to wait a month before resuming the full program (if at all). I will do some kind of cleanse on an annual basis in the future. It's gotta be good preventative care at the least.

Prolly just coincidence...

I've been "off the stuff" for about a week, and I feel like crap today. I'm tired and have a headache - could very well be allergies - that's probably likely actually. Several of you who have visited said you were going to be starting your cleanses - I'm curious how you're all doing. Shoot us an update. Doesn't matter if you'reon Colonix, Colonblow, Oxy Powder or whatever...

An update and another short commercial

Sorry, I've been away for a bit. I'm am on my fifth day of the 1 month break from my colon cleansing. Ya know I nearly forgot what it was like to go normally.

I never did get the "big ugly" that I was expecting, but I've gotta believe that's a good thing. I'm actually considering going on for a couple more weeks "just to make sure." I'll decide by tomorrow.

I haven't proceeded with the liver cleanse yet either. Not because I don't intend to, but apparently there are a couple ingredients I need to order.

Speaking of that, if you've gotten some benefit from this site and if it's not too much to ask, please consider clicking the links to our advertisers. It's like "tipping" us with someone else's money. And actually, the couple advertisers we do have, have informative content on their sites...

Check 'em out...

I will continue to post once or twice a week to let you know of my progress, and as always I welcome input from all of you out there as well.

Thanks for visiting!

The one that got away...

Just when I thought there would be no more aged fecal nastiness - I caught a glipse of what I'm sure was exactly that as it was reluctantly slurped down the spiraling hole of no return.

It was a now rare afternoon urge (most of mine come in the morning these days. Any how, it didn't seem at all unusual on its way out, so I didn't think much of it. There was nothin on the TP and I was in a hurry. I flushed and barely thought to look.

As I did - there it was - in all it's disgusting glory, a completely black, and obviously very solid piece of what must have been the stuff great testimonials are made of, bouncing around in the last couple swirls of the flush. It was gonemuch too fast for me to seemuch detail, butit was clearly something unusual.

Perhaps there's more to come-I'll keep ya posted...

PS - I found a home recipe for liver cleanse (along with many pictures of gallstones that are supposedly expelled in the process. My biggest concern is which exit path these take. If it's what you'd think - that can't be comfortable...

I owe ya'll a post

Sorry gang - for those of you everyday readers we haven't been keeping up so well. I'll get ya a better post tomorrow, but we're still out here, still on the program - no remarkable changes though "stuff" is definitely cleaning out - just not to the degree that I expected (as I'm sure you're tired of hearing from me).

The end of my first month is coming. I'm porbably going to do a liver cleanse during my 5 day break. I'll probably resume the colonix program for at leat a couple of weeks then, just to see if the ol toxic serpant is just playing hardball...

I'm confident that I've gotten rid of some plaque - just not as concentrated or in the volume expected.

Holy Plaque Attack Crapman!!!

Ha! I've been waiting forever to use that headline, and since I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever see the 2 foot toxic jaw dropper pictured in many testimonials, I thought I'd use it to get your attention this morning.

Now, I will say that on Monday (Day 19) I did see the reappearance of some of the lighter versions of the plaque in small amounts, so maybe it's a foreshadowing of something yet to come.

Maybe my next headline will be "Back in Plaque" (I'm crackin' myself up here).

Well, it's day 21, and nothing "amazing" has happenned. My samples have recently become more "fiberous" and baby-poo-like in texture, much larger in diameter though. I am experimenting with larger dosages of fiber. Ihave just started going to the 2 scoops a day plan. I haven't been consistent with the increased dosage but am going to try to as of today!

The instructions indicate that if the cleansing action isn't enough - up your water and up your fiber. They also indicate that you should steep the tea longer, but I don't think that's possible - I'm up to 15-20 minutes regularly.

Do you remember the fast I talked about doing this week? Haven't done it - 'nuff said.

A number of you have posted that you're considering the Colonix program and that you're kinda watching our results to gauge whether it works or not. I just want to remind you that neither of us had any of the "symptoms" that cause many people to search out this kind of solution. So if our results aren't as dramatic as others - that could be one reason why.

I still absolutely believe that I'm getting $50 worth of improved health here. And again, we ain't done yet. As I've said many times before, we don't specifically endorse one product over another - heck for that matter, we don't really "endorse" any product (though I do like it when you click our advertisers links - I get coffee money that way).

I guess my point is, that if you're considering colon cleansing, and if you (like us) began as skeptics who thought this whole think was just a farse and that there were a few companies out there "scamming" to make money - rest assured. This stuff is much bigger than that. This isn't some pretend science. I genuinely believe that there are health benefits to be realized by cleansing. Actually, I intend to follow up the colon cleanse with a liver cleanse, perhaps a kidney cleanse, and possibly a lung cleanse (yes all of these things exist).

I know that these cleanses are only a band aid to the bigger picture - I think the bottom line is that I need to take better care of my body. These products help give you a jump start to good health, but I think that anyone in their right mind would tell you that for sustained good health, you still need to adopt healthy eating and excercise habits (neither of which I have today).

So, I'll keep you posted on my struggles to get that started too - for me, the greater challenge is time and discipline (as opposed to self control) but that's a whole new topic.

Keep the comments coming folks - we would like to hear more of your stories and experiences, with Colonix or any of the other products.

Crapper out!

2 weeks in!

Happy anniversary to me...

So, after 2 weeks, I have yet to see one of those ridiculous 'butt snakes' so readily shown and discussed in various web forums and testimonial pages. Last week I had a couple of small deposits of what I'm pretty sure was mucoid plaque, but nothing too jaw dropping. I'm still confident it's on the way though.

I'm still trying to get the kleritea thing right though - my tea always looks kinda week - even after 10 mins of soaking in hot water. Last ight I mistakenly forgot about the tea and let it steep for 20 mins before remembering. Needless to say, the tea water actually looked almost dark this time - and lemme tell ya - this morning was crazy. I had two super duper power dookies.

These evactuations had to be the biggest in recent memory. FOrtunately the first was at home, first thing this morning. The second however came just moment before an important meeting with several "high profiles" at my company. Thank goodness it didn't come on any later - there's no doubt I woulda had to excuse myself.

I've lost 5-6 pounds in the last two weeks, but my stomach has flattenned considerably. I'm actually thinking about mixing in a couple of fasting days along the way (sometime next week) to see what impact that has on the cleanse.

I'm glad to see some new posters coming to the site - it certainly makes for a livelier discussion. I'm glad to hear that a couple of you have taken the plunge - keep us posted on your progress (whether it's colonix, oxypowder, colonblow, or whatever).

I'd still love to hear from some of you who have done this for a long time to describe the real changes you've seen in your life.

Finally - I've gotta give Colo-Rooter some crap (pun intended). You'd better get to writing bud. What are you seeing, and how are you feeling?

Speaking of feeling, I don't seem to have that body exhaustion that I was feeling last week - at least not nearly as much.

I'm gonna take a second scoop of fiber today, and maybe incorporate that daily for a while to see what happens.

Day 14

I'll do a week 2 summary tomorrow - I have to be quick today. I will say that I've lost 5 ppounds so far (should be more, but not bad considering all o fthe water I'm drinking!)

Things actually looked somewhat normal in the bowl this morning, except that 'the boys have grown' in size - diameter that is. It was nice to have something more solid today for a change. Yet, as big as it was, it didn't feel like much of anything on its way out - it launched out of there in a hurry - I was surprised.

Now Rooter says he's leaving small cucumber sized things behind - I'm no where near that yet, but whoa!

I will also say that I'm nticing that my "process time" seems to be shortening. Each morning I see remnants of last night's dinner - that never used to be the case for me. I'm guessing that Kleritea may be largely responsibly for that.

More later - happy poopin!

What's the difference?

As you know, Rooter and I selected Colonix for our colon cleansing experiment. I have read that Oxy Powder works well for people too. And the "quick fixers" seem to like colonblow. If you have used any of these products, especially if you've used more than one, please share with us the differences in your experiences.

I'm wondering if they all do the same thing, if one makes more sense healthwise than another, or if they're pretty much all the same at the end of the day.

Thanks colon cleansing partners!

(that doesn't sound right does it?)

Quick Commercial...

Hey all! As I've mentioned - Colo-Rooter and I are new to blogging. While setting this up we agreed to try google adsense, which for those of you who don't know is basically an ad placement service. You'll notice on our pages that there are two small links to colon cleansing products. It turns out that we actually get a little pocket change each time one of you kind folks clicks the link.

I just logged into my adsense account for the first time, and discovered that to date, we have earned $3.97. Exciting huh?

LOL - seriously though, may I ask that if you find this blog of benefit and you wanna 'help a brother out' consider clicking the ad links and checking out our advertisers.

Think of it as 'Tipping" us without taking anything out of your pocket.

(The adsense thing was something I wanted to learn about as part of this experiment also - it's kinda neat!)

In the famous words of Bartles and James...

"Thanks for your Support"

To all of those who have cleansed...

Please be honest on this, but to those of you cleansing veterans - how have things changed for you in the aftermath of the cleanse. Are the marketing claims fo real? Are they exaggerated? Tell us the specifics of how you feel differently, how your body and overall health have changed as a result of taking Colonix or any other cleansing product.

Tell us what we really have to look forward to.

Thanks!

Crapper

What made you do it?

So, as I've said in a couple of posts, I started down the cleansing avenue for really no good reason (other than to have something to talk about and laugh about with Rooter, and also because I was genuinely curious about the claims being made about the impact it can have on your overall health and longevity. Neither of us have had the 'symptoms' that steer many down this path.

So I ask all of you the question: What made you do it (or why are you considering it)?

HC Day 13 Sheesh!

My how time flies! I've been very busy at work and home and haven't found the time to blog - my apologies to the legions of faithful readers (or at least the few of you who are tuned in) - LOL!

So, I'm nearly two weeks in. The last few days have been pretty uneventful. Yes, I'm still poopin' more than I would if I were not on the program, but gone are the parasites, and gone are the freaky looking plaque deposits (at least for now).

The odd thing (to me) is that my BMs are much looser than I would have expected. I even upped my fiber intake to a second scoop yesterday to see what effect that would have - nothing special this morning.

As I've said from the onset, I'm pretty impatient. I know that the bulk of the plaque is yet to come, but every time things slow down I start wonder - "so is that it? am I done? am I clean now? Gee there wasn't nearly as much buildup as I'd thought. Where are all those wonderful effects?" I know I need to stay the course, and I'm still very optimistic that those results will come - but this is the kind of thought process you can expect. I think that Colo Rooter will back me up on that.

So, clearly some of the variables you can play with whil eon this program are the amount of iber intake (not to exceed 3 scoops per day), tea steeping time, and diet. Now I've been "by the book" on the first two - not so much on the third. The package materials suggest that you'll get results regardless of dieat (but that a good diet=good health, etc). Anyhow, I just wonder how much what I'm eating may or may not be slowing the process. My biggest offense is probably that I eat to much in the white flour department. Occassionally a little bit of sugar too - and diet pop/soda (depending on what region of the country you're in). I understand that carbonation, in any drink diet or not, messes with the digestive process. I welcome any and all input on how any of you are aware of the effects of diet on the cleanse process (and helth in general). I guess I should be proactive and read more about 'raw diets' and their benefits.

I'll keep you posted and hope to report a massive plaque bomb soon!

Any questions?

It's Day 9 for the Crapper

Whoa - this is insane! Colo-Rooter and I had a pretty funny/disgusting phone conversation last night. I never imagined that I'd be discussing the intricate details of my stools with a buddy. As I told him, I'm definitely seeing plaque now. It's not nearly as solid as those in the testimonial pics seem to be, but it's definitely plaque. Though I'm not much of a prober, my curiosity got the best of me. I wadded up a big ol' hunk of TP and tried to smash it up against the side of the bowl to see if it would break. It wouldn't. It was more like a shape-shifter, and was undoubtedly one of the grossest things I've ever seen.

So, I've been having that kind of stuff off and on for a couple of days now. The crazy thing is, that when I have that, the bowl cloggs up - even the one at work (which is super high power). Fortunately the third flush finally resolved that one. At home I needed to plunge - a lot.

So I'm thinking if this stuff has that kind of ability - I'm really glad I got rid of it! If I wasn't a believer before, you can bet I am now.

Purge baby, PURGE!!!!!

My diet is still not anywhere near what's recommended. I mean, I'm having tons of water, but I'm also having pasta salad, veggie pizza, subway, etc. My dieat needs a makeover. If I could just afford and justify a maid/cook. I don't mind eating healthy food - it's a time thing...

Yikes - time to roll to a meeting.

Peace!

Holy Crapper's Week 1 summary

First things first - where art thou Colo-Rooter. Has the cleanse done ya in?

Well, it has been a week, and quite an interesting one to say the least. I started with great anticipation, and have had varying levels of skepticism and optimism throughout the week. As you've read through my entries, you've no doubt noticed that I have been a little surprised at how shocking the effect have NOT been.

Again, I recognize that the cleanse takes place over time, and today, at my 1 week milestone on the Colonix product, I can tell you that business has definitely picked up! Not that I'm a huge fan of cramping - but I have wondered why it wasn't happenning to me. Well guess what kiddies - be carful what you wish for.

I have gotten to the point that my tea steeping is probably WAY beyond what's suggested (I don't think that's dangerous, but if you know otehrwise - please advise). I've done that because I haven't had big results. I've actually found that if I drop the tea bag in the water BEFORE nuking, I end up with a much darker tea. So I do that, and then I continue to steep for 10+ minutes, until there's a pretty good color in the mug.

Well lemme tell ya, the cramps woke me up this morning and were followed by two super duper power dumps, the latter of which was 'rhea.'

I've mentioned that my diet isn't the greatest, and perhaps that too, limits the effectiveness of the cleanse - I've gotta work on that. As I have noted, I continue to have the water buzz, or detox drag, or whatever is the best way to describe it. I suspect that it's probably just my body working hard to deal with all of the toxins that are being kicked up and kicked out. I'll be happy to reach the other end.

All things considered, I'm still very optimistic about obtaining the results I expected. I know it's a long process (yet again, patience is not my strong suit) but I'll do my best.

Oh, I've lost about 4 pounds to date.

Rooter - catch us up on your results would ya pal?

What - do you have a job to do or something? Sheesh - priorities man...

LOL

HC - Days 6 and 7

Sorry folks - life has been busy...

Yesterday things took an interesting turn. My 'stuff' has taken on a new look at times. It's definitely darker, not as loose (probably a result of incresing fiber from 1/2 scoop to full), and believe it or not I think I might have had a small 2 inch section of the super funky old stuff - the rope - as I sometimes refer to it.

I was at a conference and couldn't really inspect closely, but it was definitely different - had folds in it if that makes any sense. The white 'creatures' are smaller in size now, but are still there.

Overall, I'm still surprised that this hasn't been as dramatic as I had expected. On the good side, there's really never any emergency situations with this. If there's a let down, it may just be that I didn't have as big of a problem to begin with as many of the folks who's testimonials we've all seen - so maybe I won't get the dramatic health benefits that I was hoping for.

We'll see - I'm nto down on the program at all. I realize that it is VERY early on and that everyone's experience on this is different - it could be that any day I'll be seeing ridiculous filth.

Until then, I'll keep chuggin the water (which has to be good for me regardless), drinking the tea (which does not seem to have the crazy effects on me that others report), and taking the fiber (which by the way, reminds me a lot of bananna cream of wheat).

Oh, before I go - I should mention that I've had a strange sensation for a few days now. I'm calling it a water buzz (don't know if that's accurate or not). Have you ever had that feeling of almost falling asleep (maybe at the wheel) and then your body jerks and you fight to stay awake. Well, I'm not sleepy, but that feeling that comes right after the wakeup jerk is kinda what I feel. I could also describe it as a daydream state that is just present even when I'm focused.

It's very tough to describe, but it's undeniably present, and is very odd - bordering on annoying.

Perhaps just side effects of the whole colon cleanse process...

PS - I'm not spell checking - so apologies for any bad manglings of our language...

Holy Crapper - Day 4

"Sorting the mail" - that's priceless Rooter! Well, my prodcution did pick up a bit today. I'm thinking I've gone 3 times so far today and prolly have at least one more in me. Ya know, it's funny, each time I'm dropping anchor, it seems like it's a 'nothing' but when I turn around to look - there's a whole lot more product in the bowl than what I expected. It comes out quick and effortless, I'll say that. My diet today was again, pitiful. I didn't have near the water intake I should have, and I did the friggin' McDonalds thing again this morning (it's been an insanely busy weekend for us). I had a big ol' piece of strawberry cake (yes - ice cream too) at my grandmothers 98th birthday party today. Other than that I guess I didn't do horrible.

I'm gonna try to make up some of my water shortage yet tonight. Oh, BTW, I steeped tea for 7.5 minutes last night and I cheated up to 3/4 scoop of the fiber this morning. Like Rooter, I tend to be impatient. I'm also assuming that because I'm larger than average, I me need more 'stuff' for the same effect. Could be a bad assumption, but it works for me...

With my luck, the lightning will strike tomorrow when I go back to work.

Friday, May 05, 2006

Holy Crapper - Day 2

The anticipation was immense. I couldn't wait to get up this morning to drop a bomb - to see the effects of my first dose Kleritea (which I steeped for 3 minutes instead of the recommended 1-2, I even squeezed the bag to get some extra 'juice').

Anyhow, I was a little disappointed when I had nothing to offer but a single giant air biscuit this morning, followed by a single, unimpressive sinker. Let me back up, last night I did drop 2 small butt nuggets. The only thing unusual about them was that they had a thin white mucousy substance on the exterior. They were accompanied by a pretty decent gas attack (one single, but impressive, blast).

This morning's specimin was notable only because of some small white specs that I'm guessing were either some kind of dead parasites or some undigested cashew pieces. I haven't gathered the courage to start poking around too closely yet.

This afternoon was a repeat of this morning. I know the stuff usually doesn't kick in fully for a couple of days - I need to be patient. i just can't wait to see that giant nasty dead lizard to help me feel better about my $100 investment.

Oh, my diet - yesterday: mahi-mahi with black bean sauce and rice and salad for lunch, 12" turkey sub from subway, a few cahsews here and there. today: nothing but sunflower seeds so far...

So that's it for today party poopers! I'll keep ya posted!

Zero Hour - It's on!!!

So I officially started my cleanse this morning. I was expecting the Colonix powder to be much nastier than it turned out to be. Don't get me wrong, I don't think that the beverage industry has to worry about Losing sales based on taste. Outside of my 'need to clean' I don't think I'd be sippin Colonix Smoothies, but again, I expected much much worse. This was no where in the 'Fear Factor' range that some people describe some fiber prodcuts as being.

I should explain that Capt. ColoRooter and I work in a large office environment. He is a manager, and I am a manger with no direct reports (but that's naother story). As Rooter has indicated, he's got a big phobia realted to "the work do-do." I, to a lesser degree, worry about becoming known as 'the guy who ruined the 10th floor restroom.' Like Rooter, I suspect I'll often drop a sneek attack on floors where I'm not known, so as to maintain my stealth. It was a funny scene in Rooter's office this morning as I dropped off his product, gave him a briefing, and watched him choke down his first batch of crap enhancer. We were whispering and laughing like school girls, trying to decide whether he should take his drink with him to his meeting (which he was late for) or if he should gulp it down ahead of the 15 minute wait time after taking the paranil. As it turned out, we laughed it up long enough for the 15 minutes to pass.

So, even as we speak, parasites are saying their last goodbys to family and friends. Our fiber is tracking towards its destination, ready to expand, scrape, and cleanse the years of abuse.

I'll keep you posted as I eagerly await my first big cleansing 'prize.'

The Great Colon Cleanse Experiment

Geetings Cleansers, Cleansers to be, on the fencers, and anyone else who might have other reasons to be enamored with the whole idea of expediting the elimination of ridiculous amounts of parasitic, toxic fecal waste!

The intent of this blog is to document the results of two "average joes" through a complete colon cleansing process. After much reading and researching we have selected the colonix product as our cleanser of choice (though I was quite intrigued by oxypowder too). To me, it seemed like the most credible, and also most lifestyle suiting product available.

I like that they claim that this won't totally wreck my productivity at work. They say that it's pretty predictable - we'll see.

I started down this path quite by chance. I saw an infomercial for the "7 day miracle cleanse" while on vacation. For some crazy reason I was interested enough to research a little further. I must say, that as I began site-hopping, I was super skeptical. To me all of the testimonials were just so over the top - I felt like they had to be scripted by the companies whose producucts they were endorsing. But as I searched on, I found other sites like this one, and I found literally hundreds, if not thousands of people exchanging stories and experiences about this stuff.

I also found many, many doctors, and companies selling products in this niche and writing white papers on the topic of colon cleansing.

My conclusion was that there must be something to it. So I decided to take the plunge and give it a go. Now, I want you to know that both me and my 'colon blasting' co-author, will generally have a somewhat humorous outlook on this stuff (that's just who we are), if we didn't believe that there was a significant opportunity to improve our overall health, we wouldn't even consider doing this. I mean, they talk about healing crises (headaches, etc.) not to mention the increased frequency and output of our "bowl trips" - who would do that without believing there was a serious payoff?

Anyway, about me - I'm married with two kids - third on the way. I'm overweight, ok, clinically obese based on those doctors charts that say everyone should weigh as close to nothing as possible. I'll just say that I'm 6' and I weight somewhere between 250-300lbs. (I won't tell ya exactly how much, but I will track my weight loss through the program). I only bring up the weight thing because I theorize that being more overweight might mean I'm more toxic and might have more colon goo to get rid of than someone who is not overweight - like the co-author of this site. (I keep referring to him generically because we just decided to start the blog and he hasn't chosen a name yet). I'll let him introduce himself soon...

So, the UPS tracking site tells me that our Colonix products should arrive at my house sometime today 5/3/06. Needless to say we'll both be starting the program first thing in the morning. We will document our results and hopefully give you a good laugh at the same time. I'm also experimenting with Google Adsense to see if I might be able to raise enough money through advertising links to buy the next batch of whatever (maybe a liver cleanse).

So, we invite you to read, laugh, share, and contribute. Again, we're using the Colonix product but that doesn't mean you can't comment on others for the benefit of the group. We have no vested interest (other than what we bought) in Dr Natura or any other vendor for that matter. Believe me, if this thing is a flop - you'll hear it pretty directly from us!

Thanks for joining us - and enjoy!
